DELIVERY TERMS OF MARKINGPRO INTERNET STORE

When placing an order, you can choose one of the following ways of receiving goods:

• receive the product at our office in Riga, Brīvības gatve 323 (payment ONLY by payment card or prepayment by bank transfer);
• delivery of goods by courier (prepayment by bank transfer);

We inform you that according to Article 52 of the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU, “Delivery of goods in connection with sales contracts can take place in different ways, either immediately or at a later date. Delivery time – 10 days.

1) RECEIVING THE ITEM IN THE OFFICE:

The product can be picked up free of charge at our office in Riga, Brīvības gatve 323.

When you choose to receive the product in our office, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order is available for collection.

When placing an order, the product is reserved and stored for 7 days. If you do not pick up the item within this time, it will be returned to the store for sale and your reservation will be cancelled.

It is possible to receive the order only after receiving the confirmation e-mail.

2) DELIVERY BY COURIER:

After placing the order, we will contact you to clarify the delivery time and address of the delivery.

Delivery is made within 5 working days from the moment of receipt of payment in the bank account.

Shipping costs:

• Price – 35€
• For purchases over €100 – free

ORDER CANCELING AND ORDER RETURNS:

You can cancel the order at any stage, even within 14 days after receiving the product – this is provided for by the legal norms regulating distance sales.
